1. Returns Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for B2C customers and within 14 days for B2B customers, provided they meet the following conditions:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The product includes all manuals, accessories, and documentation.

Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been installed, tested, or used.

Customized or specially ordered products.

Products purchased on clearance or promotional sales.

Damaged products caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, or improper use.
3. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or cash).

For B2B bulk orders, refunds will be processed via company bank transfer only.

Shipping charges, installation costs, and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchange requests must be made within the eligible return period.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective product).

Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
6. Warranty Claims

Certain products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must follow the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
