  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Bulk and customized orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified accordingly.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan (Local Deliveries):

    • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days.

    • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days.

  • International Deliveries:

    • 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

    • Customs clearance and local import laws may affect delivery time.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • For B2B bulk orders, shipping charges may vary and will be confirmed before dispatch.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

  • Customers can track their orders through the respective courier’s website.


5. Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may result in delays or failed delivery.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.


6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes, and import regulations of their country.

  • Al Haram Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If an order is received damaged, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos).

  • Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier, and replacements/refunds will be processed if applicable.
